Mark Nash is the President of Serene Professional Solutions, LLC from Houston, Texas. SPS is responsible for 4 core business strategies – 1) individual tax preparation; 2) business consulting; 3) audit support; and 4) computer consulting. The company began as Mark Nash Accounting and Tax Preparation Services and has been in operation over 15 years. SPS has provided services to such industry leaders as the big four accounting firms Deloitte and Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers, regional firm such as UHY Advisors, consulting firms such as Sirius Solutions, The Siegfried Group, and Jefferson Wells, a Manpower Company. SPS has also provided services to the above industry leader’s clients including Reliant Energy, El Paso Energy, Marathon Oil, Targa, Dynegy, and the Fairmont Specialty Group. 

Mark Nash earned a Masters in Science in Accountancy and Information Technology from Houston Baptist University and also earned Bachelors in Business Administration with concentration in accounting from the University of Houston – main campus. He also holds several licenses including financial planning licenses, life insurance licenses – General lines for life, accident, and health, as well as General lines property and casualty. He also is a certified information system auditor.
