It is very straightforward and self-explanatory. After you enter your e-mail, you need to select Option#2 the Purchase Option and input that code into your website.
Please read the following information. By joining this affiliate program you agree that you have read and accept the information below.
Detail
Parties - This is an agreement between Mark Nash of Nash Records and the independent contractor/sales person/publisher/company/affiliate.
Terms – This is a minute to minute agreement. I reserve the right to terminate this agreement without notice to you, your company, etc.
Compensation – Affiliates, etc. will only be compensated on the purchase of the entire “Energy” CD. In order to receive credit for the sale, the customer must purchase the music at the price of $9.99 via the link on your website. The ‘individual songs’ or ‘CDs for Order’ are not included in this promotion. I also reserve the right to reduce the price of the CD or the affiliate compensation without notice to you or your companies. As a courtesy, I will try to provide 30 days notice via my website. It is your responsibility to refer to the www.marknash.netfirms.com website for updates and other information that may affect the affiliate compensation program.
Warranties – This is an ‘As-Is’ relationship. I will however work to resolve any download problems. I have already verified that the music downloads are working correctly; so any problems will have to be on the customer’s or the affiliate’s website in which I assume no responsibility. Affiliates will only be compensated on sales that are properly registered with Payloadz.com. In situations where a customer tried to use an affiliates’ website to make payment, but for whatever reason, it did not work properly and the customer chose to use the Nash Records’ website or other means to acquire the CD, the affiliate will still only receive credit for sales that are properly recognized in Payloadz.com.
Sales Tax – Not
applicable to digital downloads according to the state of
Federal and State
Taxes – Each affiliate is responsible for reporting their revenue to the
appropriate taxing authority. If in the
Indemnity – In any case where an affiliate wishes to sue Nash Records, the affiliate agrees to assume the costs of all expenses which include court costs, travel, meals, lodging, and rental car.
Audit – In any case where an affiliate would like to request an audit by a certified public accountant, this may be acceptable at the affiliates expense which include CPA firm’s costs, travel, meals, lodging, and rental car. I reserve the right to deny your request. You must provide 30 days notice in writing. You may only request one audit per year. Your audit will only include data relating to your specific account.
Account Statements – Although currently, not apart of this promotion, this may be included in the future when the affiliate is compensated; however, the affiliate should be able to track this information via Payloadz to ensure that I am properly compensating you. Although awkwardly worded, my intent was similar to when you receive a paycheck from your regular 9 to 5. I thought it would be nice to send you a year-to-date statement as I provide your monthly paychecks. I might try to do this in the future.
